Selamanya Burleigh has completely achieved that contemporary coastal style we’re currently loving. From the palette to the textures and materials, it really is a dream home. And it’s one of those homes that instantly captivates you before you even step through the front door. The exterior features classic coastal details like weatherboards, stone, and timber, all in a light, natural palette. Both the façade and front yard are reminiscent of a luxury island resort; even the outdoor shower and refined landscape signal ‘dream getaway’.

The luxury resort atmosphere doesn’t end at the front door. As you enter the home, you’re surrounded by a landscaped courtyard that connects the outdoors with the open-plan living spaces. It's bright and refreshing while remaining welcoming and warm. The coastal palette continues through the living, dining, and kitchen areas complete with light whites, stone, and neutral pendants, a nod to tones found beachside.

The back deck and pool area again give a magnificent resort vibe. One of ‘I don’t ever want to leave’. Beautiful millboard decking and a large fully tiled pool, surrounded by tropical plants and welcoming furniture.

Please note this is a shoe free house. We understand that models may need to wear shoes, we just kindly ask that you could ensure the soles are clean from dirt, this is so we can minimise scratches and also keep the house safe.

Please ensure camera, video & prop equipment have soft footings to protect the timber floors.
